Studio Marceca was founded in Milan in 2016.
The owner of the firm is the architect Pier Paolo Marceca.

The services offered by Studio Marceca can be divided into two different areas:

• Architectural services: architectural design (both preliminary and final and executive), management of building and cadastral practices, interior design and customised furnishings, lighting projects. Consolidated experience on projects and renovation of residential, commercial and office buildings.
• Consultancy services: real estate appraisals, technical consultant in litigation, specialised consultancy in the choice and purchase of furniture and antiques, modern art and their subsequent setting.

Each user has unique and particular needs and it is the professional’s task to manage and satisfy these needs in the best possible way, offering a highly personalised service that can guarantee the best value for money. Studio di architettura Marceca is also dedicated to diagnostic work aimed at the conservative restoration of villas or historical buildings, environmental recovery, energy requalification, garden and terrace redevelopment or design, interior design, also making use of highly specialised expert collaborators.

Supporting member of the Alumni Association of the Polytechnic of Milan: “Alumni Polimi Association” is the Association of Graduates of the Polytechnic of Milan, strongly supported by the Governance of the University, which has as its objectives the development of solid professional collaborations between Alumni and maintains an ongoing link between the University and its alumni.

Member of FIABCI – International Real Estate Federation – International Association that brings together the Italian section of the International Federation of Real Estate Professions, founded in 1977 with the aim of facilitating networking among those working in the world of Real Estate.

Member of Is.I.Vi. Italian Institute of Real Estate Valuation: represents Italy in the main European association of the sector, TEGoVA – The European Group of Valuers’ Associations – trying to fill the delay accumulated by our country in the implementation and introduction of the European Valuation Standards (EVS), which comply with the International Accounting Standards, International Valuation Standards (IVS), in the field of real estate valuations.

Member of e-valuetions: Institute of Estimate and Valuation, which brings together Italian and European real estate operators involved in property valuation. Its aim is to promote and affirm the specialist figure of the Independent Valuer, able to apply univocal principles and estimation criteria, which aim to achieve certain, shareable and replicable results, in compliance with the International Valuation Standards (IVS), the European Valuation Standards (EVS) and the Codice delle Valutazioni Immobiliari – Italian Property Valuation Standard, which contains the Guidelines for the valuation of real estate used to guarantee credit exposures.

Member of ASSOEDILIZIA: the Associazione Milanese della Proprietà Edilizia (Milanese Association of Building Owners) was founded in 1894 and is the oldest, most representative, and most deeply rooted in the territory, of the property owners’ unions.
Historically, it represents the economic category of property owners (from small owners to large real estate companies, from banks and insurance companies to social security institutions and institutional investors) and performs trade union and assistance functions. Its interventions range from the legislative sector (national and regional) to the administrative sector.
