Member of e-valuetions: Institute of Estimate and Valuation, which brings together Italian and European real estate operators involved in property valuation. Its aim is to promote and affirm the specialist figure of the Independent Valuer, able to apply univocal principles and estimation criteria, which aim to achieve certain, shareable and replicable results, in compliance with the International Valuation Standards (IVS), the European Valuation Standards (EVS) and the Codice delle Valutazioni Immobiliari – Italian Property Valuation Standard, which contains the Guidelines for the valuation of real estate used to guarantee credit exposures.
Member of ASSOEDILIZIA: the Associazione Milanese della Proprietà Edilizia (Milanese Association of Building Owners) was founded in 1894 and is the oldest, most representative, and most deeply rooted in the territory, of the property owners’ unions.
Historically, it represents the economic category of property owners (from small owners to large real estate companies, from banks and insurance companies to social security institutions and institutional investors) and performs trade union and assistance functions.
