Cadastral transfers

What is the cadastral transfer? The transfer of ownership of a property is communicated to the Inland Revenue through a request: the cadastral transfer. The cadastral transfer is mandatory every time the owner of a property changes and therefore in case of:
– transfer of ownership of a house
– transfer of usufruct
– inheritance
The cadastral transfer must be submitted by:
– individuals, in case of inheritance and cancellation of the usufruct;
– notaries, for the deeds they have drawn, received or authenticated;
– court clerks for the judgements recorded by them;
secretaries or delegates of any public administration for deeds stipulated in the interest of respective entities.
