The “cadastre” dates back to remote times: “Καταστρασις” called by the Greeks, whilst the Romans “Capitastrum”. The main purpose of the establishment of the Cadastre is that of taxation. Before the unification of Italy in 1861, there were various types of Cadastres, depending on the state in which they were located. Studio Marceca offers all services of cadastral survey and updating related to building practices and consulting activities. The timing, given that procedures are now only computerized, are always short and reasonable, depending on the requests of the client.
